  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 16-20 graham crackers


  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth using a hand mixer or stand mixer.
