Mojo Potatoes Recipe

These mojo potatoes are crispy, flavorful, and perfect as a side dish or a snack. With a zesty garlic and citrus marinade, they’re sure to become a favorite.


  • 4 large potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish (optional)


  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, ground cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the potato wedges to the bowl with the marinade. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
  6. Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves if desired.
  7. Serve the mojo potatoes hot as a side dish or snack. Enjoy!
