Frozen Fruit Salad Recipe

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice


  1. In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together honey and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Pour the honey-lemon mixture over the fruits and gently toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the fruit mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
