Breakfast Pizza Recipe

Start your day off right with this delicious breakfast pizza! Packed with all your favorite morning flavors, this recipe is easy to make and sure to please the whole family.


  • 1 pre-made pizza crust (or homemade dough)
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)


  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Arrange the cooked bacon crumbles evenly over the cheese.
  6. Carefully crack the eggs onto the pizza, spacing them out evenly. You can crack them directly onto the pizza or into a small bowl first and then gently slide them onto the pizza.
  7. Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the eggs are cooked to your liking. For runny yolks, aim for 12 minutes; for firmer yolks, bake closer to 15 minutes.
  9. Once done, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  10. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley or chives over the pizza for garnish, if desired.
