  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

  • Blueberry jam, for dipping (optional)


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape, with one corner pointing towards you.
  3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of the wrapper, spreading it slightly horizontally.
