Baked Shrimp Scampi Recipe

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, minced garlic, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, white wine, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until the shrimp are evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the shrimp mixture to the prepared baking dish, arranging them in a single layer.
